He represents public and private companies and private equity funds in complex business transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, carve-outs, minority investments, secondaries investments and joint ventures. Kyle has additional industry expertise with media and entertainment company M&A transactions, including the purchase and sale of broadcast television and radio stations (including big 4 network affiliates in major markets), broadcast and digital ad representation companies, programming enterprises, and programming joint ventures. Kyle also advises private company clients and portfolio companies, both within and outside the media and entertainment industry, on general corporate matters, including commercial contracts, complex organizational documents, executive compensation and employment agreements.
