Lauren Pancrazi is a Senior Global Account Leader at Amazon Web Services (AWS) where she leads the US-based team that supports one of the Media & Entertainment (M&E) industry’s largest brands.  In this role, Lauren has driven major transformations across her customers as they utilize the power of AWS technologies to reshape their businesses to drive outcomes resulting in cost savings, efficiency gains, and improved revenue streams. With strong product knowledge and deep relationships at her customer, Lauren sets the strategy for her team and drives execution cross-functionally around customer goals.  Lauren’s work has been recognized as having an impact in the industry, and her customers have showcased the cloud transformations supported by Lauren and her team at numerous global industry events.  

Since joining AWS in 2017, Lauren has supported household M&E brands such as Warner Bros. Discovery, Fox, and Technicolor. Throughout Lauren’s almost 7 years at AWS, her scope and responsibility has steadily increased. In her current role, Lauren directly manages a team of 7 account managers with dotted line responsibility for leading a cross-functional team of 21 Solutions Architects, Customer Solutions Managers, and Technical Account Managers.  With Lauren’s coaching and direction, this team has delivered important results on behalf of her customers in the areas of content production, media supply chain, broadcast, gaming, direct-to-consumer, data science and analytics, and content monetization.  Lauren has led visioning and education sessions around the globe, and she has personally influenced new AWS product features to help M&E customers ensure beloved media content can be preserved and enjoyed by future generations. Lauren is recognized internally as a leader, participating in leadership development programs such as AWS AMPLIFY which is a program that develops diverse talent that demonstrates continued leadership growth potential.   

Lauren is a member of the WICT Network and is passionate about fostering and promoting diverse and inclusive environments across the M&E and technology industries.  She is actively involved in a number of internal programs and initiatives focused on hiring, mentoring, and developing talent.  Lauren’s participation in the hiring process (164 interviews completed since joining Amazon), support of promotions (supported the promotion of 6 individuals in her organization in 2023), and mentorship of individuals across Amazon (mentor for 5 individuals) stands out among her peers.  

Lauren graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Arizona with a B.S. in Marketing and Entrepreneurship.  In her personal time Lauren enjoys traveling, playing tennis, and skiing.  She currently resides in San Francisco, CA with her husband and their dog.
