Alona LeSchack is Executive Director of Product Planning at Sony Pictures Television (SPT). In this role, she leads national product, lifecycle, and promotional planning for SPE’s iconic library of new-release and catalog films across U.S. transactional digital platforms such as Prime Video, Apple, Fandango at Home, and Google Play. Additionally, she creates revenue-maximizing strategies for transactional film sales in the dynamic Home Entertainment window and SVOD landscape.
Previously, LeSchack served as Manager of Product Development and Brand Management at Universal Pictures. While there, she managed the New Release calendar and created revenue-maximizing weekly strategies for New Release and catalog films.
Prior to joining Universal Pictures, LeSchack held a Marketing Internship at Sony Pictures Entertainment (SPE) focused on the streaming business. She began her career as the Head of the Sponsorship department at Initiative Media Agency in Moscow, Russia.
LeSchack earned an M.B.A. from the UCLA Anderson School of Management and resides in Los Angeles with her husband and son.
