Tom Lerner was born in Haifa, Israel, to Argentinian and Colombian parents. He eventually moved to California and studied Literary Journalism at the University of California, Irvine. After college, Tom started in the entertainment business at Myriad Pictures, working in film development and sales, eventually moving to Television. His favorite shows (other than everything on Bravo) are emotional dramedies. In his spare time, Tom enjoys cooking and eating well, golfing poorly and reading fiction.

He currently resides in Studio City, California with his wife and chocolate Labrador, Baxter.
