Laura Forti serves as Senior Vice President of Business Operations for HBO, HBO Max, and The TNets (TNT, tbs and truTV) at WarnerMedia. Forti is responsible for business operations for the original programming across these platforms and works in support of expanding these businesses.

In this role, Forti oversees scalable process and business resource implementation, and the HBO rights management and contract admin team. She works closely with global partners to streamline distribution and delivery, driving international opportunities for HBO, HBO Max, TNT, tbs and truTV original programming. Forti also oversees The TNets’ business relationship with the All Elite Wrestling league and brokered deals for the following Max original co-productions: IT’S A SIN, THE TOURIST, STARSTRUCK and THE GIRL BEFORE. She has also overseen international distribution for the tbs hit FULL FRONTAL WITH SAMANTHA BEE and the consumer products programs for tbs series FINAL SPACE, MISERY INDEX, FULL FRONTAL WITH SAMANTHA BEE and THE LAST O.G.

Forti began working for WarnerMedia in 2006, when the company acquired her previous employer, Court TV. She has held a variety of roles within the international distribution and business affairs divisions, including as Vice President of International Programming and Distribution for the Turner Entertainment Networks and international distribution/co-production and business affairs director for truTV, which transformed from Court TV in 2008. Forti is based in Los Angeles and reports to Susanna Felleman, EVP of Business Affairs.

Forti earned her bachelor's degree from The College of New Jersey, spending a portion of her time studying at The University of Oxford. She is a graduate of Women in Cable Telecommunications' (WICT) Betsy Magness Leadership Institute.
