Abigail Neugebauer is currently the Senior Director of Content for Magnolia Network under Warner Bros. Discovery. Neugebauer develops and produces original lifestyle programming for the multiplatform media company.

In this role, Neugebauer also led a team that developed streaming midform stories such as Where We Call Home, Diary of an Old Home, (re)motel, The Artisan's Kitchen and the team that created Magnolia Workshops. She is currently the production executive on shows such as Making Modern with Brooke and Brice, The Established Home, Problem Spaces and The Piece Maker.

Prior to Magnolia Network, Neugebauer led digital teams that created original content for brands such as Food Network and HGTV.

Neugebauer began her content career at Condé Nast and later managed digital video content teams at About.com (now Dotdash). She is received her B.A. from Fordham University and is a graduate of The Hotchkiss School.
