Molly O’Connor is Vice President Business Planning & Strategy for Warner Bros. Discovery. Molly is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive strategy to deliver subscription volume and revenue for Warner Bros. Discovery’s US Streaming & Networks business, with a focus on Max. She has deep expertise in subscription businesses, streaming platforms & ecosystems, distribution deal economics, content valuation & engagement, and subscription budgeting & forecasting.

Prior to joining HBO in 2018, Molly worked in Strategy & Business Development at film & television studio A24. Earlier in her career, she was a management consultant in the TMT sector. Molly received her MBA from Columbia Business School and a BA from Indiana University, where she was a member of the Division I Women's Golf Team.
