Jackie Perez is an advertising executive with over a decade of professional experience. Equipped with a voracious curiosity for how the digital advertising ecosystem works, she has held roles in the worlds of media, agency, and ad tech.
Jackie’s time at Time Inc. (now Dotdash Meredith) was her introduction to digital advertising. There, she developed her experience building media plans and activating campaigns for brands such as MyRecipes, Real Simple, Southern Living, Sunset, and This Old House. As she saw the growing importance of automation in digital advertising, she decided to focus specifically on programmatic. To get a more holistic view of programmatic strategy and activation, she joined IPG Mediabrands’ MAGNA Marketplace Development team. As a rising leader, Jackie’s time at MAGNA elevated her to new and exciting levels. She evaluated partners across media, data, and ad tech – giving her a birds eye view of the industry - and solidified herself as a client-first, data-driven subject matter expert and business partner. Her clients included Stellantis, BMW, Johnson & Johnson, Spotify, Amazon, and American Express. Wanting to have a well-rounded experience across different parts of the industry, the next step she took was working in ad tech by way of Yahoo (formerly Verizon Media). She was a key player in stewarding the partnership for Publicis Groupe, one of the largest global agency holding companies. She consulted clients such as Verizon, Visa, Allstate, Best Buy, and GSK get the most of out of Yahoo’s portfolio of offerings for their unique needs. Today, Jackie is putting to practice her programmatic experience by building Spectrum Reach’s programmatic business from the ground up. As CTV programmatic investment continues to grow, she sees natural synergies between what clients are looking for from partners and the premium video nature of Spectrum Reach’s offering. Her clients today include WPP, Publicis Groupe, Havas Media, and Procter & Gamble.
