Seth Rubinroit is the Manager of Content Integrations and Audio for NBCUniversal Local, where he spearheads the multi-platform audio strategy for the division’s 43 NBC and Telemundo owned stations and six regional sports networks. He initiated efforts to film the division’s network of podcasts, fueling NBC’s multi-platform content engine with 100+ original TV programming hours. He and his team produced NBCLX’s “My New Favorite Olympian” podcast that was named the “Best Podcast Series” at the 2022 Cynopsis Sports Media Awards as well as the “Sports Uncovered” narrative series that was a finalist for “Best Sports Podcast of 2020” by The Podcast Academy. He is a member of NBCUniversal Local’s DEI Council, co-leads the NYC chapter of NBCUniversal’s Young Professionals Network and mentors underserved high school students.
 
Before joining NBCUniversal Local, he worked for NBC Sports as a Digital Editorial Producer for the 2016 and 2018 Olympics, interviewing and profiling more than 100 Olympians and Paralympians. He earned an Emmy Award for his multi-platform contributions to NBC's coverage of the 2016 Rio Olympics. He has worked on six Olympic Games for NBCUniversal and covered major sporting events on four different continents.
 
He is a proud graduate of the University of Southern California. He earned a bachelor’s degree, Magna Cum Laude, in Business Administration and minored in Sports Media Studies. He began his career in sports media at the age of 12, interviewing and publishing articles on numerous sports icons including Kobe Bryant, Magic Johnson and Tommy Lasorda.
