Noella Charles is the Vice President of Original Production and Development, Unscripted, at We TV and AllBlk. Based in New York, she cultivates relationships with production partners and agencies to discover and produce unscripted content that resonates with the network’s audience. Noella currently executive produces We TV’s highly-rated series “Love During Lockup” and “Toya & Reginae,” which premiered as one of the most-watched new series on We TV in 2023.

With over 15 years of experience in unscripted content, Noella has worked on a wide range of projects. Her portfolio includes show running ESSENCE magazine’s first live digital talk show and co-executive producing pilots and short films for YouTube, Fly on The Wall Entertainment, and HOORAE media, which premiered at the 2023 American Black Film Festival. She has produced for networks such as ABC, STARZ, BET, Netflix, MTV, and E! in various formats, including live television, specials, award shows, docu-series, and reality TV. While producing some of your favorite shows at We TV, she is also finishing her documentary on Trinidadian culture, Bikini & Beads.

Noella is known for being a driven, compassionate leader who can efficiently execute a project from development to delivery. Her creative instincts are driven by an open mind and the ability to see humanity in all walks of life. Noella is a proud alumna of Temple University and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Broadcasting, Telecommunications, and Mass Media.
