As Director, Product Management at LG Ad Solutions, Gaëlle Smagghe leads the product and engineering team, spearheading several initiatives across both the media and supply/demand sides to drive innovation and enhance operational efficiency. Prior to this, Gaëlle was a Senior Product Manager, where she contributed significantly to LG Ad Solutions’ data platforms and product innovations. 

In 2017 and 2018, Gaëlle was a Teaching Assistant at Stanford University, aiding students in a Probabilistic Analysis class as well as a Decision Analysis class – responsible for weekly office hours, problem sessions, and homework and exam review. 
 
In 2014, Gaëlle was Officer Cadet in the French Armed Forces and Armed Police Forces. And in 2016, she was Platoon Commanding Officer, responsible for the initial military training of 33 officer cadets across first aid, military knowledge, physical training, shooting, close combat.
